Franklin County Board of Health is the governing body. Programs are non-profit with reimbursements from Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, Veterans Affairs, Iowa Department of Public Health, Elderbridge Agency on Aging, waiver's, grants, local tax money, client fees, and donations. NO ONE IS REFUSED SERVICE DUE TO INABILITY TO PAY. |
