NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILL THE VACANCY OF FRANKLIN COUNTY ATTORNEY BY APPOINTMENT

Notice is hereby given that on April 29^th 2024, at 10:00AM, the Franklin County of Board of Supervisors will fill the vacancy of the Franklin County Attorney by appointment pursuant to Code of Iowa §69.14A(2)(a). The appointment will take effect on July 8^th, 2024. The Board will convene in the Supervisor meeting room located in the basement of the Franklin County Courthouse, 12 1^st Ave NW, Hampton, Iowa.

Those qualified individuals interested in being considered should file their intent with a cover letter and resume to the Franklin County Auditor by 4PM on Friday, April 26^th, 2024.

This notice is published in accordance with §69.14A of the Code of Iowa.
